Carolien van Weering, Eunice Bruyninckx and Olga van Beijeren, formerly employed with AKD and ABN AMRO respectively, join Legaltree’s existing team of lawyers as partners.
Carolien van Weering started to work for Legaltree as a partner on 1 September 2011, as a member of the liability and insurance law practice group. Carolien specializes in medical professional liability law and medical disciplinary law, an area in which she has profound expertise in dealing with matters involving liability in the broadest sense, insurance policy disputes, disability insurance and personal injury. Carolien is a member of a great number of associations, including the Vereniging voor Letselschadeadvocaten (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers ). In addition to being a regular publisher of articles she is also a lecturer at the legal training department of SDU publishers as well as being on the editorial board of the Nieuwsbrief Personenschade (Personal Injury Newsletter).
Eunice Bruyninckx and Olga van Beijeren represent Legaltree’s employment law practice group. Both of them have more than 10 years’ experience in employment law. Eunice Bruyninckx formerly worked for AKD, Linklaters and Simmons & Simmons. She advises on complex employment law issues and as a rule provides legal assistance to major enterprises, in which respect she particularly focuses on co-determination law, equal treatment, collective agreements law, transfer of undertaking and collective redundancies. Eunice is a regular publisher and lecturer and is a member of the Vereniging Rotterdamse Arbeidsrecht Advocaten (VRAA) (Association of Rotterdam Employment Lawyers) and of the Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland (VAAN) (Dutch Employment Lawyers Association).
Olga van Beijeren worked as an employment lawyer at the law firms of De Brauw and NautaDutilh, after which she continued her career as an employment law specialist with ABN AMRO. Olga has a great deal of experience in the legal aspects of both individual and mass redundancies and focuses on providing legal advice to enterprises and directors. She also has the required expertise in the fields of co-determination law, transfer of undertaking and equal treatment
