Danielle Zwartjens

Danielle is an expert in the field of health care, and she has extensive experience in disciplinary law, dealing with calamities, issues concerning the Health and Youth Care Inspectorate (IGJ), medical criminal law, poor performance cases and (medical) liability.

In addition, Danielle advises on patients’ rights and other health care topics.

Danielle represents a broad range of clients, including boards of directors of health care institutions, MSBs (medical specialists’ companies), individual physicians and other health care professionals, both BIG-registered (at the public register for Professions in Individual Health Care) and unregistered.

Her approach is straightforward, and she is fully dedicated to her clients, who can contact her anytime for advice.

Before Danielle joined Legaltree, she practiced law with other firms, where she also exclusively handled Dutch and international health law cases.
