Cathelijne advises, negotiates and, if necessary, litigates on all matters related to the lease and rental of commercial investment property such as office space, logistics or industrial property, retail space, restaurants, hotels, holiday parks, healthcare real estate, homes and undeveloped property.
Cathelijne has extensive experience in negotiating new lease agreements, for example, as part of a property transaction such as sale lease back or triple net, as well as new and redevelopment projects.
