Linda Mantel

Linda specialises in providing personal assistance, advice and support to businesses for matters concerning Corporate law. She has built up great expertise in mergers and acquisitions with an international character.

Between 2004 and 2013, Linda was a lawyer with NautaDutilh, where she focused on the legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions from start to finish. Her work included due diligence investigations, negotiations on share deals or assets and liabilities transactions, joint ventures, private equity transactions. She was also responsible for drawing up all the related commercial contracts and transaction documents. In 2011, she was seconded as Company Secretary to Deutsche Bank Nederland. From 2007 Linda worked for NautaDutilh's London office and in 2009 she went on to work for several months at the Paris based law firm, Gide Loyrette Nouel. At the start of her career with NautaDutilh Linda focused on employment law. She was also a member of the firm's Business Contracts Team, which was involved in developing models for all types of business contracts. In 2013, she became an independent lawyer, based in The Hague, during this period she worked with Eyeworks Holding BV as in-house Senior Legal Counsel. Linda advised Eyeworks on a range of corporate legal matters and strategic legal projects, including the acquisition by Warner Bros.
