Employment law
The area of employment law is wide-ranging. Our expertise extends to a wide range of subareas, this including legislation on individual and collective dismissal, right of co-determination and Collective Labour Agreements (CLA). We work especially for large (national and international) enterprises, but also for smaller enterprises, Board Members (under the Articles of Association), employees and regularly for Works Councils. We endeavour to prevent legal court proceedings as much as possible, although we do litigate when that is necessary. We can help resolve conflicts by acting as mediator, or by engaging a mediator.
