As commercial tenancy law partner, she will join the firm&#8217;s Construction, Real Estate and Leasing group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Managing partner Sander Oorthuys is more than happy to welcome Cathelijne: &#8220;Cathelijne is bringing her experience and expertise which complement our existing specialists. She will be a true asset for our Real Estate group and our Mergers and Acquisitions group, where commercial tenancy law expertise is often required.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Cathelijne sees joining Legaltree as a logical step in her career: &#8220;I have more than 15 years of experience at large firms and am ready for more autonomy. At Legaltree, I can organise my work in my own way. This means I can offer clients tailor-made solutions, making my work even more satisfying. And it&#8217;s great to have other excellent experts around me. Prior to joining Legaltree, she worked in the real estate groups at Stibbe, Simmons &amp; Simmons LLP and Pot Jonker Advocaten.<br>Cathelijne advises, negotiates and litigates on all matters relating to lease and tenancy commercial property.
