The current state of affairs in the field of trademark law in the Netherlands has recently been described by Legaltree partner Olav Schmutzer<\/a> in The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Trade Marks 2015.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Legal experts from 42 countries\/jurisdictions were selected to contribute to this guide, published by Global Legal Group Ltd<\/a> in London. On the basis of various questions \u2013 spread across 17 themes \u2013 trademark law is viewed from various legal systems.<\/p>\n
