Willemijn Lever has been practising law since 2002 and specialises in tenancy law and property law.
She has broad expertise in the field of tenancy law (residential, office and retail space) and specialises in property law (particularly in matters pertaining to purchase, long-term leases, superficies, apartment rights, acquisitive prescription) and administrative law and planning and zoning law (integrated environmental permits, land-use plans, enforcement). Her legal knowledge as well as her strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach enable her to put matters into a broad perspective so as to serve her clients accordingly.
Willemijn acts in an advisory as well as in a litigation capacity on behalf of municipalities, water authorities, care institutions, property investors, estate agents and associations of owners. She regularly publishes in professional journals and provides in-house courses and seminars.
