Danielle Zwartjens specialises in health law and medical liability law.
Danielle is an expert in legal healthcare matters, and she has extensive experience in disciplinary law, contingency planning, issues concerning the Health and Youth Care Inspectorate (IGJ), medical criminal law, dysfunction and medical liability. Danielle also advises on matters concerning patient rights.
Danielle represents a broad range of clients, including boards of directors of health care institutions, MSBs (medical specialists' companies), medical specialists and other individual healthcare providers (BIG-registered or otherwise).
Her approach is straightforward, and she is fully committed to her clients, who can contact her at any time of day for advice.
Before Danielle joined Legaltree, she worked at other legal firms where she exclusively handled Dutch and international Health law cases.
