Antoinette van Beest

Antoinette assists buyers, sellers, companies and management throughout the entire M & A process. She drafts commercial and other types of contracts in transactions for various sectors and negotiates with parties on the legal conditions and provisions. Antoinette joined Legaltree as a partner in 2018. She started her career as an M & A lawyer at the international law firm Simmons & Simmons LLP, after which she moved on to HVG Law LLP. In her capacity as a lawyer she also gained experience as in-house legal counsel at Ageas (formerly Fortis) and Unibail-Rodamco.
