Antoinette van Beest-de Mul was sworn in as attorney-at-law in 2000. She advises small and medium-sized businesses and corporate clients on all aspects of corporate law, with a special focus on mergers and acquisitions.

Specialisations

Antoinette assists buyers, sellers, companies and management throughout the entire M & A process. Because she works with both buyers and sellers, her recommendations cover all angles and the client's best interests. She drafts commercial and other types of contracts in transactions for various sectors and negotiates with parties on the legal conditions and provisions. With her many years of experience, she is a valuable sparring partner for her clients. She values maintaining long-term business relations with clients from different backgrounds. They greatly appreciate her loyalty and pragmatic approach, as well as her quick responsiveness and ability to relieve tensions. As a business adviser she is solution-oriented, dynamic and energetic and quickly gains her clients' confidence. Work experience

Antoinette joined Legaltree as a partner in 2018. She started her career as an M & A lawyer at the international law firm Simmons & Simmons LLP, after which she moved on to HVG Law LLP. In her capacity as a lawyer she also gained experience as in-house legal counsel at Ageas (formerly Fortis) and Unibail-Rodamco.
