Attorney-at-law
Marleen de Putter specialises in corporate law and in competition law. Marleen is particularly experienced in aspects of competition law which concern commercial enterprises: advising and conducting legal proceedings concerning joint venture agreements, arrangements regarding exclusivity in distribution, franchises and agency agreements, non-competition clauses, abuse of dominant position and cartels.
Specialisations
Marleen frequently advises on the legal complications of competition and collaboration between companies, from exclusivity agreements to possible notification obligations.
