Dispute resolution

We have extensive experience of litigation in the Dutch courts, including in cross-border cases. We regularly assist our clients in urgent matters such as injunction proceedings and (pre-judgment) attachments.

We have a five-partner specialised arbitration section. Our partners have experience of all commonly used international arbitration rules (ICC, NAI, PCA, UNUM, LCIA, SCC, ASA, SIAC), both in commercial and in public law disputes. Our team distinguishes itself by strong performances in cross-border disputes, particularly regarding recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards, annulment proceedings and disputes with sovereign states. Our partners are regularly appointed as arbitrators.
