Legaltree expands with health law specialist Danielle Zwartjens

Law firm Legaltree is expanding from 1 November 2022 with the arrival of a new partner: Danielle Zwartjens. Danielle specialises in health law as well as medical liability. She focuses in particular on disciplinary cases, calamities, IGJ proceedings, cooperation disputes, medical liability and medical criminal law.

Danielle is an expert in the field of health care, and she has extensive experience in disciplinary law, dealing with calamities, issues concerning the Health and Youth Care Inspectorate (IGJ), medical criminal law, poor performance cases and (medical) liability. Danielle represents a broad range of clients, including boards of directors of health care institutions, MSBs (medical specialists’ companies), individual physicians and other health care professionals, both BIG-registered (at the public register for Professions in Individual Health Care) and unregistered.
