Employment law is a wide-ranging practice area. Our expertise extends to several sub-specialities, including individual and collective dismissal law, rights of co-determination and Collective Labour Agreements (CLA). We are instructed especially by large (national and international) companies, but we also act for smaller organisations, directors and board members, employees and works councils. We endeavour to avoid legal proceedings as much as possible, although we do not shy away from litigation when necessary. We can help resolve conflicts by acting as mediator, or by engaging a mediator.
